Luc Reynaud holds an M2 Master’s degree in history (religion and secularism studies) from the University Lumière Lyon 2 and a BA in literary Arabic. The discovery of medieval Arab philosophy during the “Arab Thought” seminars and his interest in medieval history led him to join the ALIENTO project team in March 2019 as a tagger of the Mukhtar al-Hikam. He completed a 3-month internship with the project.

- On November 16, 2024, at the Institute of Islamic Studies at Berlin’s Freie Universität, David Torollo, a former post-doctoral fellow in the Aliento project, presented a paper entitled « Through and Beyond Arabic: Thirteenth-Century Multilingual Iberia ». The conference was organized by AGYA.
- On October 8th, 2024 Javier Liebiusky, an Aliento collaborator, defended his thesis : Sturdy of the Languageand Commentary [« Critical and annotated Edition of M’e’am Lo’ez on Pirqey ‘Avot by Isaac Magriso (Constantinople 1753) »
